Italy - Amalfi Coast

There is no better way to explore the Amalfi coast than by the sea, just like the old-time sailors. The Amalfi coast is unique and worldwide known for it’s natural beauty, breath-taking views, colors and small picturesque fishing villages. It is a presence rich in history and culture, which is still alive today. Our Lifestyle Fitness Vacation included the islands of Ischia, Ventotene, Ponza, Palmarola and the jet setter island of Capri. We experienced some of the most amazing foods, dived into deep blue waters, and relaxing under the sun.

Our vacation started by exploring the bay of Naples, followed by it’s best kept secret — the island of Procida. The villages of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi were breathtaking. We even smelled the natural aromas of lemons in the warm evening air. We finished our trip with some twist and turns during a scenic drive while exploring the Amalfi coast by scooter. Deemed by UNESCO as an outstanding example of a Mediterranean landscape, the Amalfi Coast is a beguiling combination of great beauty and gripping drama: coastal mountains plunge into the sea in a stunning vertical scene of precipitous crags, picturesque towns and lush forests.

It was such a great feeling to meet old friends, who we shared experiences with during our previous fitness vacation in Croatia! Nonetheless, we were also rewarded with new friends, whom we now share great memories with.
